Brevard MLS Condominium Prices have dropped nearly 50% over the last few years. It all started back whent the hurricanes hit two or three times in row, then the market began to fall. Now Brevard MLS Condominiums Priced over $400,000 are barely selling at all. The reason is buyer can now bet a single family home with a private pool for the same price and as a Brevard MLS Condominium.
The only Brevard MLS Condominium Prices I see selling are the smaller ocean front condos under $200,000. Yes you can get a ocean front condo on the beach in Florida for under $200,000. Some condos located in Cocoa Beach Florida, Cape Canaveral and surrounding areas are marked down nearly 60% from last years prices.
Many of the Brevard MLS Condominiums have outrageous monthly condo fees. Granted the monthly fees do include insurance at a group rate but still at $400 per month buyers are hesitant to move forward. Many buyers on the fence have told me that they are worried the Brevard MLS Condominium Association would raise the monthly fee and they do not like that being out of their control.
